Red Cloak Endpoint Agent は、Secureworksが対応OSとしてリストしているすべてのオペレーティングシステムでテストおよび検証されています。Red Cloak Endpoint Agent がオペレーティングシステムベンダーによってサポートされなくなったOSをサポートしている場合、パフォーマンスやその他の問題のトラブルシューティングおよび修復は制限される場合があり、Secureworksの裁量によりサービスの対象外とみなされることがあります。
