Set up a Self-Service Trial Tenant🔗
When you sign up for a Self-Service Trial of XDR, you gain access to a comprehensive version of XDR at no cost.

Trial Limitations🔗
- Device Limit: Deploy the Taegis™ XDR Endpoint Agent on up to 200 devices.
- User Access: Configure access for up to three users.
- Trial Duration: The trial lasts for 14 days.
After the trial period, if you choose to continue using XDR, you can convert the trial tenant to a production service. This allows you to retain any work or data collected during the trial as you transition to a fully supported live service.
Setting Up Your Trial🔗
Upon successful application for trial access, the email address you provided will be used to create the initial admin user of the trial tenant. This individual will receive an invitation to set up their access. Learn more about the registration process.
Note
If your application for trial access is not approved, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your email account is not supported.
- Your location is not eligible for Self-Service Trial Tenant registration.
- You might already have access to a Taegis XDR tenant.

1. Invite Your Team🔗
Action: Invite up to three users to your XDR tenant.
Why: Collaboration is key to a successful trial. Engage team members who can aid in integration setup and security triage processes. Together, your team can better evaluate the platform's potential.

2. Agent Deployment🔗
Action: Deploy the Taegis Endpoint Agent across up to 200 endpoints.

4. Monitor and Investigate Your Alerts🔗
Action: Access and monitor alerts using the Alert Triage Dashboard and the Alerts page.
Why: Keeping an eye on alerts helps you catch security issues quickly. With XDR, you can easily assess and prioritize alerts, pivot and collect relevant alert data in an investigation to consolidate your findings, and manage incidents more efficiently.

Use the Investigations feature to consolidate findings and streamline response actions.
5. Collaborate with Your Team🔗
Action: Engage in collaborative investigations and share insights.
Why: Working collaboratively in an investigation ensures comprehensive analysis and strengthens decision-making processes. Discussing the investigation using comments or reassigning the investigation allows you to communicate effectively and manage workloads efficiently within your team.
