Monitor the current status of Secureworks® Taegis™ XDR and review past incidents on the XDR Status page.

Select Subscribe to Updates to choose one of the following options:

Email — Choose the email icon and enter your address to subscribe to email status notifications.
Text — Choose the phone icon and enter your phone number to subscribe to text message status notifications.
Slack — Choose the Slack icon and sign in to your workspace to subscribe to incident updates and maintenance status messages.
Support — Choose the chat icon to visit the XDR support site.
Feeds — Choose the feed icon for links to the status Atom and RSS Feeds.
