What is SURG?🔗
- SURG is the channel through which we engage and recruit clients to participate in innovative product and user research studies.
- These studies are part of a systematic research program that incorporates client perspectives into our design and development process.

- Your participation enables you to make a direct impact on our products, so we can ensure that they meet your needs, accommodate your workflows and solve your problems.
- In addition to providing feedback on our current offerings, you’ll also help shape potential product ideas for the next generation of world-class cybersecurity tools.
- All information gathered is kept internally and confidentially as per our existing NDAs.
